Moniek Garside is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and mental health services. With a passion for improving the well-being of individuals and communities, Moniek combines her expertise in social work, business administration, and crisis intervention to provide innovative care and guidance.

Moniek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Aurora University, a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Social Work, focusing on crisis, disaster, and intervention at Walden University.

In addition to her clinical practice, Moniek teaches in undergraduate and graduate-level psychology and social work programs, where she mentors the next generation of mental health professionals. She also operates a private practice focusing on mental health and wellness and provides virtual therapy services to clients across Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, South Carolina, and Vermont.

A seasoned subject matter expert, Moniek facilitates continuing education workshops for professionals and has authored her first book—a 30-day guided journal aimed at fostering mental well-being. With over 11 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, she also provides clinical supervision to other mental health professionals, guiding them in their professional growth.
